How long do the sessions last?
Your initial coaching session will typically be a bit longer, but ongoing sessions will normally last between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the frequency of your sessions. Some clients prefer to have a set time and date in the calendar every month, whereas others prefer to schedule their coaching sessions on an ad-hoc basis. We’re flexible either way, however, consistency in your sessions will always deliver the best results.
You should also expect to get some homework either as a follow-on to your session or as a preparation for your future sessions. This might include answering some questions, providing reflections on or listening back to some of your sales calls and meetings.

How many sessions will you need?
We treat every one of our clients as a unique individual because we understand that you, your challenges, your goals, your life and everything about you is unique. For this reason, we don’t usually suggest how many sessions people need until we’ve got through the first 2 to 3 sessions together.
Where will the coaching sessions be held?
Due to budget reasons or time constraints, many of our clients prefer to take advantage of our online sales coaching service over the phone or via screen share, but we’re also available to come and deliver face-to-face coaching either at your home or another place of your choice.
