Gain Clarity, Confidence & Start Winning Again
If you’re adapting to a new management role, struggling with difficult employees or finding it hard to cope with the stresses of leadership then my executive coaching service might be for you.
I work with senior executives, managers and leaders as a confidential sounding board, development coach and trusted advisor.

Working in a leadership role of any sort is tough. Whether it’s employees, board members or your family and friends, there just always seems to be someone who wants a piece of your time.
I know this because I’ve worked as a leader myself during my career in a variety of challenging roles in some ambitions fast-growing businesses.
One of the main challenges many executives and leaders face is not feeling like they can discuss their problems and challenges with anyone within their organisation and this is where executive coaching comes in.
What is Executive Coaching?
Executive coaching is a confidential one-to-one meeting between a person in a senior position (you) and a professional coach (me). In this meeting, we discuss the challenges and goals that you want to work on.
Some of the most common topics I work on with other executives and leaders include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with difficult employees
- Time management issues
- Improving people/leadership skills
- Coping with the stress of running a business
- Managing board members and planning for meetings
- Strategy feedback and planning
- Better decision making
- Personal goal setting
- Finding a workable work/life balance
It’s also quite common that I work with my clients on other personal topics too such as stress, depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
The Benefits of Executive Coaching
Just having someone you can talk to about any sensitive or important issues can make a massive difference to your mental wellbeing.
As a leader, you’re expected to lead by example so having someone to support you and keep you motivated and sharp can have a big effect not only on you but also on your employees too.
We’ll also work on listing and prioritising your tasks so you should find yourself feeling more organised as well as feeling more in control.
Executive coaching can help you in a variety of ways depending on your position and what you want to work on, but one core area it will help you with is thinking more clearly so you can make better decisions.
Even after just one session, I’ve had clients provide me feedback saying they instantly felt more confident, less stressed and super motivated.
Why choose me as your executive coach?
Most people think an executive coach needs to be 60 years old, have decades of experience inside Fortune 500 companies and have experience within their industry, but that’s more like a mentor or business consultant profile.
A good coach is someone who is good at coaching.
Apart from being a pretty laid back easy-going guy, I’m also an experienced coach with a wide range of coaching techniques and tools developed over many years.
During my career, I’ve worked as a sales person, manager, trainer, coach and director for businesses large and small across various industries.
I also have qualifications in areas such as; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Depression, Anxiety, Phobias, Panic Attacks and other mental health training areas.
I can truly recommend David to every organisation that wants to grow through motivated and skilled employees. He will always remain my number 1 success coach.

My coaching style offers a flexible and diverse mix of focusing on the past, present and future depending on your unique situation.
You can expect me to be 100% supportive, completely non-judgemental, down-to-earth, honest, direct, and firm but fair.
In our coaching sessions, you can expect to be asked a lot of questions, challenged on your opinions and invited out of your comfort zone.
I will also hold you fully accountable for yourself, your actions and your goals.
My Executive Coaching Process
Before taking anyone on as a client I always recommend you to book a free 30-minute consultation call. In this call, we can get to know each other a little better, you can decide if you like me and I can decide if I can help you.
Once we’ve agreed on which of my coaching plans works best for you you’ll get access to my private client calendar where you can book your first executive coaching session.
Where are the coaching sessions held?
Most of my clients are very busy individuals from around the country so prefer to do the coaching sessions over the phone.
I do also offer face-to-face coaching to clients within the Greater Manchester areas and to a few other clients for an additional cost.
How long do the coaching sessions last?
Your initial coaching session will typically be a bit longer, but ongoing sessions normally last between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your schedule and the frequency of your sessions.
Some of my clients prefer to have a set time and date in the calendar every month, whereas others prefer to schedule their coaching sessions on an ad-hoc basis.
I’m flexible either way, however, consistency in your sessions will always deliver the best results.
How many coaching sessions will you need?
Each and every one of my clients has different needs when it comes to executive coaching so I like to keep things flexible when it comes to the volume and frequency of your sessions.
Once we’ve discussed your personal needs in the free consultation call or in your first couple of sessions then we’ll both have a better idea of how many sessions and what frequency works for you.
I’ll usually always recommend new clients to start with at least 2 sessions in the first month, but my corporate coaching plans are flexible so we can adjust your plan as we go along.
How much does executive coaching cost?
My executive coaching plans start from as low as £299 per month, depending on how many sessions are booked.
